As the summer begins for many of us, a new season of opportunity is also here. The summer is not only a time of longer days, warmer temperatures, and increased exposure to Vitamin D — it’s a chance to gain new experiences.

While finding downtime in the summer months can be surprisingly difficult, it’s important to take the time to reflect on our surroundings. Whether we are on vacation, with family or friends, or simply enjoying a walk through the garden, finding significance
in the minute details can often lead to great artistic observations.

This summer, take the time to stop and smell the neighbourhood barbeque and find the streaks of rainbow light in the sprinkler.
